About VAT / Taxes

As we are based in the Netherlands, which is part of the EU (European Union) we are lawfully obliged to calculate Value Added Tax (VAT) to all articles shipped within the EU.

This means that 6% (for Suzy-ama's and books) and 19% (for Akaija's, posters, etc) of the displayed price will be added as BTW or in English: Value Added Tax.

When you go to the Check-Out, you will see this tax seperately mentioned.

When you live outside the EU this tax will not be calculated.

But... please keep in mind that customs might (not necessarily so) charge you local tax when the package enters your country.

To be sure that the right prices are given, please register or log in, so the webshop can calculate the right amount (based on billing-address).

When shopping anonymous, the correct prices are given at the check-out as soon as you fill in the shipping/invoice details.
