How to Buy and Pay

About ordering products

Orders usually are shipped within a few days.
This depends on:
-if the article are on hand
-time to cast and finish (regarding the Suzy-ama)
-possible holidays or other temporal absence
-the choosen payment and shipping method

We will keep you informed about orders where we can.

Payment methods

This webshop provides in several ways to pay internationally.

1. PayPal, one the most popular and common internet payment providers.

PayPal also accepts creditcard payments, even without first opening a personal Paypal account.

2. MultiSafepay, is a payment provider located in the Netherlands. This provider lets you choose between several payment methods, a.o. Creditcard, iDeal, Mister Cash. See picture:

3. International Banktransaction
This is the old, proven way to pay.
During the CheckOut process, when selecting Payment methods, select Payment in Advance.
You'll then see the order form, which will be sent to your email address, and on it are our international payment details, like BIC and Swift codes.

As soon as the payment is on our bank account, the products will be shipped to your address.
Meanwhile we will always inform you by email about the progress.

This takes a bit more time, but it's a good way to transfer money, and you don't need Internet for this, for you can always send us a regular mail of make a phone call to order.
